From time to time, the items you order may not be available. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order, we will make every reasonable effort to change the product as soon as possible. We do not set prices for items you choose on your grocery list. We pay the prices that each individual store has already set.
You do not have to be present to receive your order from our driver. Delivery may be delayed due to bad weather or unexpected delivery issues. We will make every effort to pick up your groceries by 6:00 pm the day you arrive.
Your order will come with an invoice listing all the items you have received and billed. If something is missing from your order, please call us so we can do everything reasonable in our power to ensure your satisfaction. If you fail to pay for the products ordered, you agree to forfeit the title, title or interest you have on the products.
